Truck Drivers Wanted

Borderline Freight Company, in El Paso, Texas, has truck driving jobs available to qualified individuals. We also offer agreements to independent contractors looking for truck loads. Our freight service operates from coast to coast in the United States, every day of the year.

Our Application Process

Our business is growing, and we need more drivers. Please read our requirements and contact us if you're interested. Drivers must be over 21 years of age with at least three years of on-the-road driving experience. You may have only one violation or less on your MVR (Motor Vehicle Record). We check your MVR, perform a criminal background check, and undertake a check to ensure you're eligible for insurance coverage. If you meet our standards and qualify, we contact you for a pre employment drug screen. You then attend a two-hour, pre-employment training session. We expect you to take a 150-mile trip with one of our drivers and review our policy manual. We'll explain how our company works. Our business operates all day, every day, year round. Drivers must be on call and readily available.

Earn High Wages

We offer competitive wages. Fill out an application and apply today. Drivers are not expected to load or unload trucks; the warehouse workers take care of that. We assign you a truck, or you can have your own truck.

Independent Contractors

We also make agreements with independent owner-operators. Our company is large and has lots of business. Let us arrange truck loads for you to deliver.

We promote the Value-Driven Driving Series from Great West Casualty Company. Parties insured with them receive free access to their training modules and safety videos.
